ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) — Angelina Jolie was expected to arrive in Atlanta early Friday morning to adopt a 28-year-old Vietnamise boy on his birthday, adoption officials said.

Jolie was expected to attend an adoption ceremony with Vietnamise officials and then host the world renowned “Celebrity Happy Hour” with her new son, Steven W. Brown-Jolie, in tow. After she receives the boy, Jolie will meet with U.S. consular officials, who must review the adoption before a passport can be issued for the boy to move to Cambodia with her.

When reached for comment about his feelings on being adopted by the sex-symbol and moving to Cambodia, Brown-Jolie replied, “Hey, as long as they have Filene’s Basement, I am cool with it. Do you think they have Kenneth Cole in Cambodia? Actually, whatever… I’m going to act up like 8 times a day until I get a spanking from that skank. I’M RICH BITCH!” Brown-Jolie, who appeared at the time to be inebriated, then proceeded to shout racial epithets and make vulgar hand gestures toward passers-by. He was later found passed out on the floor with a drawing of a penis crudely scribbled on his forehead.

If all goes according to plan, Jolie could bring the boy home by the weekend, officials said.

The boy has been living in a “rooming house” on the outskirts of Edgewood since having moved from his apartment on North Avenue when he was just 27, according to adoption officials.

A Jolie representative in Los Angeles issued the following statement: “Ms. Jolie is thrilled about adopting this boy from Moreland Avenue and giving him a chance to escape his impoverished neighborhood. Steven will be provided with his own cabana near the pool, a large drawer filled with colorful speedos, and will be on call to provide massages for Ms. Jolie and Mr. Pitt during the day. If he dedicates himself to his work and always keeps fresh towels on hand, Ms. Jolie will give him a vile of Billy Bob Thornton’s blood and provide him with photos of herself and her brother having sex, to which he will be allowed to pleasure himself.”

The boy is healthy, friendly, and a little bit shy, they said. He gets along well with the other children and loves to shop for new clothing and accessories, and play H.J. Buggy with his friends from time to time.

Jolie filed the adoption papers as a single parent because she and her partner, Brad Pitt, are not married.

The pair made a surprise visit to the Boulevard Drive “rooming house” at Thanksgiving, when they were spotted cruising around Moreland Avenue on a motorbike.
